At Chillapet, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order.

30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items should be in reusable, resellable condition. To start a return, email phontnguyen@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping: For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you once your request is approved.

1-Year Warranty: Every Chillapet mat is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears, contact us for a free replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
